Snooze Management, based in Canterbury is currently seeking a detail-focused and highly organised Digital & eCommerce Assistant. This is a 12 month maternity  leave role.

Day to day responsibilities

  • Create campaign briefs and build digital campaign activity across email, SMS, website and other digital channels, ensuring campaigns are launched accurately and on schedule.
  • Build, test, schedule and deploy EDM and SMS campaigns in line with approved campaign briefs and campaign calendars.
  • Build and activate website campaign content, including landing pages, promotional messaging, campaign assets and other content updates required to support marketing campaigns.
  • Complete quality assurance checks across campaign activity to ensure content, links, pricing, offers and customer journeys are accurate before launch.
  • Manage the Digital Marketing inbox, responding to, escalating or redirecting enquiries where appropriate.
  • Prepare and distribute weekly newsletters and other recurring business communications.
  • Monitor online reviews and customer feedback, escalating relevant items to the appropriate team members.
  •  Maintain accurate store and business information across the website, Google Business Profile and Apple platforms, including trading hours, store details and trading updates.
  • Support the Digital Marketing Manager with digital marketing initiatives including email automation, SEO, SEM and other campaign-related activity.
  •  Support the wider Digital & eCommerce team with ad hoc tasks, including website content updates, product and landing page updates, website testing, issue resolution activities and other digital initiatives as required.
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure campaign content and digital updates are delivered accurately and on time.
  •  Maintain high standards of accuracy and attention to detail across all digital channels.

 

You will have these qualities

  • We'd prefer someone with a few years experience in a similar role or a university graduate who has high initiative to learn on the job
  • You must be super organised with an eye for detail and a proactive style toward task achievement
  • Have a positive can-do attitude and a good sense of humour
  • Understand the retail landscape and how things work in e commerce
